thank you but i don't think that I am good...i don't have any programme to do my anime in that so I do it only with pen...Do u know any programme which can help me?

Well, traditional art can be awesome too with lots of practice. But if you want to try a computer program, try GIMP. It's free to download on the internet, and is similar to photoshop. It has a few features of photoshop missing, but you get it for free so I can't complain. To learn how to use it, look around for tutorials on DA. There are some really great ones out there. You can look for GIMP ones or Photoshop ones. Also if you have any questions, I guess you could ask me since I use the program too. Just have fun and practice often!
